Ghjuvana Luigi graduated from the University of Cergy Pontoise (France) in 2007 earning a Master 2 in Business Law (DJCE) and passed her Paris Bar examination in 2008. Prior to joining the team of Lazareff Le Bars, Ghjuvana Luigi practiced as associate at Fasken Martineau’s Africa & Energy Department where she used to deal with files related to OHADA Corporate Law and financing of projects in Africa. Ghjuvana Luigi assists Lazareff Le Bars’ clients in all International and African Corporate issues in the setting/following up of their projects and/or advises them in pre-arbitral or in arbitral proceedings in these regards.
