Serge Lazareff
Serge Lazareff is an experienced arbitrator and member of the Paris Bar. He has sat as Chairman, Sole Arbitrator and co-arbitrator in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, under both civil and common law. He received his Doctor of Law from the University of Paris and holds an L.L.M. from Harvard. He is Chairman of the ICC Institute of World Business Law; Chairman of the French Arbitration Commission of ICC France.

Ghjuvana Luigi graduated from the University of Cergy Pontoise (France) in 2007, earning a Master 2 in Business Law (DJCE), and passed her Paris Bar examination in 2008. Gretchen Oldham
Gretchen Oldham graduated from the University of Cergy Pontoise (France) in 2010, earning a Master in French Company Law (DJCE). Ms. Oldham earned her JD cum laude in 2009 from Vermont Law School (USA). She also holds a BA in French from Oklahoma State University (USA). Prior to joining the team of Lazareff Le Bars, Ms. Oldham trained at Hammonds Hausmann (France). In addition to her work at Lazareff Le Bars, Ms. Oldham is a lecturer in law at the University of Cergy Pontoise.

Dena Sharp is a 2006 graduate, cum laude, of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she was a member of the Thurston Society and was the recipient of the Best Oral Advocate Award.
